2. Estimates and Proposals

All quotes and proposals are based on the information provided at the time of request.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to revise estimates if scope changes occur or unforeseen conditions arise.

3. Project Scheduling and Completion

Project timelines are estimates and subject to weather, permit approvals, materials availability, and unforeseen conditions.

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Any changes or additions requested during a project may alter the final cost and schedule.

4. Payments and Invoicing

A deposit is typically required before work begins.

Payment terms (e.g., milestones, final payment) will be detailed in the service agreement.

Late payments may incur interest or penalties.

V & M Construction LLC reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the project

Ensure access to the site during agreed hours

Remove any personal or valuable items from work areas

Obtain necessary permissions or HOA approvals unless otherwise agreed

6. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on workmanship, typically 1 year from project completion, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials. Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse or alterations by others

Damages from weather or external factors beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

V & M Construction LLC will not be liable for:

Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

Loss of use, income, or property value

Any claim exceeding the value of the contract or service fee paid

8. Intellectual Property

All plans, drawings, and materials we produce remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce or use them for other projects without our permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Fees may apply for work completed to date, and any deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
