Program description

V & M Construction, LLC offers text messaging so customers and prospective customers can reach us about construction estimates, scheduling, and project updates. When you text us at (520) 559-8425, we send conversational text messages in reply about your estimate, project details, scheduling, and related follow-up. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text blasts.

Consent

By sending a text message to V & M Construction, LLC — including by tapping a "Text for estimate" link on this website — you consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you message us from. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may end the conversation at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. You will generally only receive messages in response to your inquiry and about an active or upcoming project.

Opting out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending text messages to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (520) 559-8425 or vmconstllc@gmail.com.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your text messaging consent and the mobile information you share with us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our Services

V & M Construction, LLC provides the services described on this website. The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm V & M Construction, LLC or anyone else.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — belongs to V & M Construction, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not represent that it is complete or error-free, and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This website may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from V & M Construction, LLC, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

V & M Construction, LLC operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (520) 559-8425. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. V & M Construction, LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• How to opt out. Text STOP to (520) 559-8425 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (520) 559-8425 or vmconstllc@gmail.com. Full support details are at the end of these Terms.

• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes to These Terms
